Primary Responsibility 1.Fleet Monitoring & Transporter Management:

Monitor truck availability, ageing vehicles, fleet inspection status, dispatch tracking, GPS compliance and transporter performance.

2.Truck Inspection, Documentation & Compliance:

Verify truck documents, conduct vehicle inspections, manage induction approvals and ensure statutory compliance.

3.Loading, Unloading & Yard Operations:

Manage pre/post loading inspections, parking yard activities, unloading operations and loading confirmations.

4.RDC Operations Control:

Monitor inward/outward movement, FIFO compliance, ageing control, RORO operations and NG vehicle handling.

5.MIS, Reporting & Dashboard Management:

Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly operational reports, dashboards and management presentations.

6.Damage Control & Delivery Monitoring:

Track PODs, dispatch execution, damage-free deliveries, damage analysis and corrective actions.

7.Transporter & Driver Development:





Conduct KYT and operational training programs for transporters and drivers.

8.Cross Functional Coordination:

Coordinate with plants, commercial teams, transporters and support teams to resolve operational issues.

9.Safety, Compliance & Audit Support:

Support SHE activities, near-miss reporting, ISO 27001 reviews and audit coordination.

10.Continuous Improvement & Projects:

Drive Kaizen, improvement projects, MRM activities, transporter reviews and TDR planning.

Mandatory & Key Skills Required

- MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word proficiency
- Knowledge of logistics, transportation and RDC operations
- Fleet management and dispatch monitoring experience
- Analytical, reporting and presentation skills
- SAP and logistics documentation knowledge
- Understanding of FIFO, ageing and safety compliance
- Willingness to work in rotational shift (A, G, B, C Shifts) to support operational needs.

Desirable Skills

- Good knowledge of Power BI
- Positive power point presentation Skills
- Good Verbal & Written Skills
- ISO 27001 and SHE awareness

- Project coordination skills
