We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader to lead the Vidarbha & Chhattisgarh region for our Automobile B2C Aftermarket business.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in automotive aftermarket, lubricants, fuel forecourts, auto ancillary products, distributor management and team leadership, with a strong understanding of the assigned market.

? Key ResponsibilitiesRegional Business & Sales

- Take complete ownership of sales, penetration and business targets for Vidarbha & Chhattisgarh.
- Drive sales growth and market share for Magsol and Milex product categories.
- Achieve Nayara outlet targets and strengthen business across fuel forecourts.
- Set clear sales goals for lubricant dealers, automotive outlets and independent workshops.

Distribution & Market Expansion

- Expand the existing distributor network and identify potential vacant markets.
- Appoint and develop distributors in uncovered/potential territories.
- Manage distributors and channel partners on a day-to-day basis.
- Drive secondary sales, market coverage, collections and distributor productivity.

Team Management

- Lead and manage a team of 3–4 Territory Sales In-Charges (TSIs).
- Ensure disciplined implementation of fixed-day/fixed-time market visits by TSIs.
- Monitor team productivity, coverage, sales performance and market working.
- Coach and develop team members to improve their market effectiveness and business results.

Market Development & Trade Relations

- Conduct extensive field working with approximately 8 hours of market engagement per day.
- Build strong relationships with key trade personnel, dealers, lubricant retailers and independent workshops.
- Develop current customers and strengthen existing trade relationships.
- Drive workshop activation and customer engagement programs.

Brand & Marketing Execution

- Ensure effective implementation of company offers and schemes.




- Drive aggressive positioning of Magsol and Milex within the automotive aftermarket.
- Implement merchandising, branding and visibility initiatives at trade outlets and workshops.
- Plan and execute local marketing support programs, promotions and field marketing activities.

Commercial & Operational Management

- Ensure timely settlement of distributor claims and promotional expenses.
- Drive outstanding and collection management across distributors, sub-distributors, fuel forecourts, lubricant dealers and workshops.
- Maintain strong control over stock, sales, claims and market execution.
- Continuously monitor competition, pricing, schemes, product launches and market activities.

?‍? Candidate Profile
- 8–15 years of relevant experience in automotive aftermarket sales.
- Strong working knowledge of Vidarbha and/or Chhattisgarh markets preferred.
- Experience in Fuel Forecourts, Lubricants and Auto Ancillary is mandatory.
- Experience in distributor management and channel development.
- Proven experience in managing frontline sales teams.
- Strong understanding of automotive trade, dealers, retailers and independent workshops.
- Highly field-oriented with the ability to travel approximately 16 days per month.
- Strong communication, negotiation, relationship-building and analytical skills.
- Graduate in any discipline; B.E./B.Tech preferred.
