? Key Responsibilities

? Team Leadership

- Lead, motivate and manage a team of insurance advisors/agents to achieve business targets.
- Set clear daily, weekly and monthly goals for the team.
- Monitor individual and team performance and take corrective actions when required.

? Recruitment & Team Building
- Identify and recruit suitable candidates as insurance advisors/agents.
- Conduct onboarding, product training and regular team meetings.
- Develop advisors through continuous coaching and field support.

? Sales & Business Development
- Drive life insurance sales through the team and achieve assigned business targets.
- Generate new business opportunities through referrals, networking and customer relationships.
- Encourage advisors to build and maintain a robust customer pipeline.

? Performance Management
- Track sales, productivity, premium collections and advisor activity regularly.
- Review performance against targets and implement strategies to improve productivity.
- Prepare and share regular performance updates with management.





? Training & Mentoring
- Coach team members on PNB MetLife products, sales processes and customer handling.
- Conduct regular training sessions, role plays and motivational meetings.
- Help advisors improve their sales skills and achieve consistent performance.

? Customer & Business Relationship
- Ensure quality customer service and professional handling of client requirements.
- Support the team in explaining suitable life insurance solutions to customers.
- Promote ethical selling practices and adherence to company guidelines.

? Ideal Candidate ✅ Graduate and freshers preferred

✅ Experience in life insurance, BFSI, sales or team handling will be an advantage

✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

✅ Leadership and team-building ability

✅ Target-oriented and self-motivated

✅ Good networking and relationship-management skills
