Process: Technical Support – Voice

Shift: US Shift

CTC:

- TL – Up to ₹8 LPA
- Sr. TL – Up to ₹9 LPA

Eligibility & Requirements:

- Immediate Joiners Only
- Joining Batch: 29th September
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Prior experience in Voice / Technical Support process.
- Hardware support experience (Desktop/Laptop) is preferred.
- For Sr. TL: Minimum 4 years of Team Leader experience on paper is mandatory.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in US shifts.
- Willingness to work from Aundh, Pune.

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage and lead the technical support voice team.
- Monitor team performance, productivity, quality, and SLA/KPI adherence.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct team huddles, coaching, and performance reviews.
- Drive operational targets and ensure smooth day-to-day process management.
