CTC: ₹4.00 LPA – ₹5.00 LPA
Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Telecaller / Team Leader to lead and manage a team of 5–6 Telecallers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, supervise and guide the Telecalling team.
- Monitor daily calling activities and team performance.
- Set targets and ensure achievement of team goals.
- Provide regular coaching and feedback to team members.
- Maintain calling reports and performance MIS.
- Handle escalations and support the team in achieving conversions.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience in leading/managing a Telecalling team.
- Robust communication and team-management skills.
- Target-oriented with good follow-up and reporting abilities.
