Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Team Leader role based in Recent Delhi.

The Team

Leader will oversee day-to-day operations of EV rentals, coordinate fleet management activities, and ensure timely vehicle allocation, maintenance, and turnaround. The role includes supervising and guiding team members, setting explicit performance expectations, and monitoring adherence to operational processes and safety standards.

Leader will handle customer escalations, support resolution of service issues, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities also include reporting key metrics to management, collaborating on process improvements,



and supporting initiatives that enhance efficiency and support Neev Mobility’s sustainability goals.

Qualifications

- Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor small teams, with experience in team supervision or coordination in operations or service environments.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, including task prioritization, scheduling, and handling multiple operational activities simultaneously.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with team members, customers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of EV or mobility operations, fleet management, or logistics; prior experience in automotive, transportation, or startup environments is an advantage.
- Comfort with data entry and simple reporting tools (e.g., spreadsheets, dashboards) to track performance, usage, and service issues.
- Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to manage day-to-day challenges, resolve escalations, and make practical decisions on the ground.
- Commitment to safety, reliability, and customer service, aligned with Neev Mobility’s focus on transparent and sustainable mobility solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in operations, business, or a related field preferred.
