We are looking for an experienced Team Lead to manage and guide the telesales team, drive sales performance, and ensure monthly targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage, guide, and motivate the telesales team.

- Set and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

- Monitor team performance and ensure targets are consistently achieved.

- Handle escalated customer queries and support the team in closing leads.

- Track calls, follow-ups, site visits, and sales conversions.

- Train and coach team members to improve their sales and communication skills.

- Develop effective telesales strategies to generate leads and improve conversions.

- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.

- Coordinate with the field sales team for site visits and lead conversion.





- Analyse team performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

- 3–5 years of experience in telesales/team handling.

- Prior experience managing a telesales or telecalling team.

- Experience in Real Estate / Construction is preferred.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Good leadership and team management abilities.

- Target-oriented with a strong focus on sales conversion.

- Positive knowledge of MS Office/Excel and sales reporting.

- Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
