Role & responsibilities
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical coding, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Solid understanding of E&M; Coding, experience of OB-GYN/gastro speciality is highly preferred
- Exposure to procedural coding & denial management would be an added advantage
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects with different specialities
- Has handled at least a team size of 20 coders
