Role & responsibilities
- Manage and supervise daily warehouse operations, including inbound, inventory, picking, packing and dispatch.
- Lead and mentor a team of 20 - 30 warehouse executives/associates.
- Monitor team productivity, attendance, manpower deployment and shift performance.
- Drive KRA/KPI, SLA and productivity targets.
- Ensure accurate inventory management and minimize inventory discrepancies.
- Monitor warehouse operations through WMS/ERP systems.
- Prepare and maintain MIS and operational reports.
- Identify operational issues and take corrective actions to ensure smooth workflow.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs, safety, hygiene and security standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational and order fulfilment issues.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
