Job Summary

The Team Lead US Audit is responsible to review end-to-end Audit workpapers for NFP Audit, Single Audit, Commercial, EBP HUD audits. This role requires strong technical NFP Audit, Single Audit, Commercial audit, EBP audits HUD audits knowledge, proficiency in Engagement Manager(EM) software, CCH software and the ability to work independently while supporting process improvements.

Responsibilities

- The candidate shall review and finalize NFP Audit, Single Audit, Commercial audit, EBP audits HUD audits, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable standards.

- The candidate shall independently prepare NFP Audit, Single Audit, Commercial audit, EBP audits HUD audits financial statements, notes, and supporting schedules, ensuring timely delivery.

- The candidate shall monitor engagement progress and ensure adherence to agreed timelines and client expectations.

- The candidate shall proactively communicate with team and manager regarding work status, issues, and audit updates.

- The candidate shall consistently meet client deadlines and deliver highquality work within agreed timelines.

- The candidate shall promptly address client queries and ensure smooth coordination throughout the audit process.

- The candidate shall ensure proper documentation in accordance with firm methodology and auditing standards.

- Shift Timings 15:00 - 00:30 AM IST (Indian Summers )

- 16:00 - 01:30 AM IST (Indian Winters)

Education, Skills Experience

- B.COM/M.COM/ CA inter/CA/CPA

- 5 to 8 years

- Robust Knowledge on NFP Audit, Single Audit, Commercial audit, EBP audits HUD audits

- Must have experience inreviewing NFP Audit, Single Audit, Commercial audit, EBP audits HUD audits workpapers from planning workpapers, substantive testing workpapers and preparing Financial statements.

- Review the work of Staff and coaching, and training to support their professional development and improve work quality.

- Strong organization skills, able to manage various engagements simultaneously and independently manage projects from beginning to delivering a signature ready product

- Strong Team management skills.

- Knowledge of Engagement Manager CCH software is MUST

- Comfortable with US shift. (03:30PM-12.30AM)
