Role & responsibilities

- Develop and implement the Annual Training Calendar based on TNI and competency gaps.
- Drive DOJO, OJT (On-the-Job Training) and structured technical training programs.
- Manage Skill Matrix, Competency Mapping, Training Need Identification (TNI) and gap analysis.
- Coordinate technical, behavioural, safety, statutory and functional training programs.
- Develop training modules, work instructions and training materials in coordination with technical teams.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback and post-training performance.
- Coordinate with internal trainers, external consultants and training vendors.
- Maintain training records and ensure ISO/IMS training compliance.
- Support multiskilling, cross-functional training, job rotation and competency development initiatives.
- Prepare Training MIS, dashboards and management reports and drive continuous improvement in L&D.;
