Black & Grey HR is hiring for a wellestablished Contracting Company based in the Middle East. Our client is hiring a Structural Team Lead who will be responsible for leading and managing a team of structural engineers and drafters for the successful delivery of highrise mixeduse projects and also responsible for technical quality, team coordination, design review, and timely project execution

Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and manage structural engineering teams.
- Review and approve structural calculations, drawings, and shop drawings.
- Coordinate with architectural, MEP, BIM, and construction teams.




- Ensure compliance with project specifications, international codes, and QA/QC standards.
- Support construction activities by resolving technical and siterelated issues.
- Monitor project schedules, deliverables, and resource allocation

Requirements

Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.

7 10 years of experience in contracting/Construction companies including min 3 years as a team leader
- Solid experience in highrise mixeduse projects.
- Proficiency in ETABS, SAFE, STAAD Pro, SAP2000, Revit, and BIM coordination.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and problemsolving skills
