We're Hiring: Team Lead (Claims Coordination Team)

? Timings: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM

? Experience: Minimum 2-3 years

? Salary: ₹25,000 to ₹30,000 per month (higher for the right candidate, based on interview)

About the Role

We are looking for a Team Lead to manage our CC team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations, timely case closure and quality output.

Key Responsibilities

- Team Management: Supervise the team, allocate daily work, and monitor attendance, productivity and performance.
- Case Management: Ensure timely allocation, processing and closure of cases within TAT, and follow up on pending and high-priority cases.
- Quality & Accuracy: Review team work, minimise errors and rework, and ensure compliance with SOPs and client requirements.
- TAT & Productivity: Track daily targets,



identify performance gaps and take corrective action.
- Coordination: Work with Field Officers, Medical Auditors, QC and Operations, and resolve case-related queries.
- MIS & Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports, and maintain case trackers and pending-case reports.
- Escalation Management: Handle urgent cases on priority and escalate critical issues to the reporting manager on time.
- Training & Development: Train current team members, and conduct team briefings and performance discussions.
- Compliance & Discipline: Ensure adherence to company policies and guidelines, and take corrective action as per policy.
