Role & Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple client requirements across various positions.

- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring daily targets and quality standards are achieved.

- Source, screen, shortlist, and coordinate candidates through the recruitment process.

- Conduct initial candidate interviews and assess communication, experience, and suitability.

- Maintain strong candidate pipelines and ensure timely closures against client requirements.

- Coordinate with clients to understand job requirements and provide suitable profiles.

- Track recruitment performance, interview status, joining ratios, and closures.

- Train team members on sourcing techniques, candidate engagement, and recruitment best practices.

- Ensure excellent candidate experience and maintain professional communication with candidates and clients.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with experience in team handling.

- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Strong Hindi communication skills; knowledge of additional regional languages is an advantage.





- Proven experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.

- Ability to manage recruitment targets and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and candidate-management skills.

- Confident, proactive, and capable of independently handling client requirements.

- Experience with recruitment portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, or similar platforms will be preferred.

- Candidates with prior experience as Senior Recruiter, Recruitment Team Lead, or Team Leader Recruitment are preferred.
