Role & responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day last-mile delivery operations from the warehouse/dark store.
- Supervise and manage delivery executives/riders and ensure optimum manpower utilization.
- Monitor order allocation, dispatch, delivery status, and pending orders.
- Ensure adherence to SLA, TAT and delivery productivity targets.
- Plan and manage shifts, attendance, roster, and daily manpower requirements.
- Track rider productivity, delivery performance, attendance, and operational KPIs.
- Coordinate with warehouse, inventory, customer support, and other teams for smooth order movement.
- Identify operational issues and take timely corrective action.
- Handle delivery-related escalations and resolve issues effectively.
- Prepare and maintain daily MIS and operational reports.
