Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the hub, ensuring productive last mile delivery and logistics operations.
- Oversee a team of delivery executives, providing guidance on route planning, tracking, and customer service.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve operational issues and improve overall efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-5 years of experience in Hub Operations or related field (Delivery Operations/Logistics Operations).
- B.Tech degree from a recognized university (preferably in Computers).
- Strong understanding of supply chain management principles, transportation systems, and warehouse operations.
- Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage a team effectively.
