JOB TITLE: Team Lead – International Voice Process

LOCATION: Coimbatore / Bangalore

WORK MODE: Work from Office

SHIFT: US Night Shift

WORKING DAYS: 5 Days

WEEK OFF: Rotational

SALARY: ₹55,000 – ₹65,000 per month

EXPERIENCE: 5+ Years

EDUCATION: Any Graduate

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced team lead to manage and motivate a team in an international voice process, preferably with experience in US sales campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong team-handling skills, excellent communication, and a valuable understanding of sales and performance metrics.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 5+ years of experience in international voice process.

Experience in the US or UK voice process is mandatory/preferred.

Experience in sales campaigns, preferably US sales.

Formal team lead experience with proven team-handling capability.

Strong English verbal and written communication skills.

Positive knowledge of shrinkage and attrition.

Strong understanding of C-SAT, quality, and other operational metrics.

Willingness to work in rotational US night shifts.

Any Graduate.





ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and lead a team of associates to achieve individual and team targets.

Drive the team to achieve and exceed sales and business targets.

Monitor team performance and take appropriate action to improve productivity.

Coach, mentor, and groom team members to improve performance.

Handle customer escalations and ensure effective resolution.

Track and improve key operational metrics, including C-SAT, quality, shrinkage, and attrition.

Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Ensure adherence to process guidelines, quality standards, and company policies.
