Job Title: Team Leader – Banking Sales

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Team Leader to manage and support a sales team in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
- Assign leads and monitor daily team activities.
- Guide and motivate team members to improve sales performance.
- Follow up on leads and support the team in customer conversion.
- Monitor individual and team performance.
- Provide training and coaching to new and existing team members.
- Maintain positive customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the Branch Manager and internal teams.
- Ensure proper follow-up and timely completion of customer applications.




- Prepare and share daily and monthly sales reports.

Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, banking, NBFC, or financial services preferred.
- Previous team-handling experience is preferred.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Strong customer-handling and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to manage and motivate a sales team.

Employment Type: Full-time

Location: Chennai

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
