We are looking for a dynamic Team Lead – IT Recruiter with proven expertise in handling teams as well as contributing individually. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in niche and product-based hiring, with a solid track record of working on Contract-to-Hire (C2H) requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters while also working as an individual contributor.
- Drive end-to-end recruitment for niche and product-based roles.
- Manage C2H/Contract-to-Hire hiring across multiple skill sets.
- Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, and other channels.




- Ensure timely closures and high-quality hires.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand hiring needs.

Requirements:

- 5–8 years of experience in IT recruitment with at least 2+ years in a team lead role.
- Robust experience in team handling and individual contributions.
- Must have experience in C2H/Contract-to-Hire hiring.
- Hands-on expertise in niche hiring and product-based hiring.
- Proficiency in sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, etc.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
