As a Teaching Fellow, you will play a critical role in supporting both instructional and administrative aspects of the programs. Your involvement will significantly contribute to maintaining academic rigour, improving student learning outcomes, and supporting faculty in delivering a high-quality learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in delivering CTLC’s Communication and Research courses.
2. Support curriculum design and course development.
3. Conduct rigorous research to support course content and development.
4. Conduct tutorials and coordinate tutorial-track operations.
5. Manage grading, submissions, and Moodle records.
6. Support student tracking and intervention initiatives.
7. Undertake other responsibilities related to student engagement and course requirements.

Preferred Skills and Education: Master's in any discipline with excellent communication skills, academic acumen and student engagement skills.
