RLT Edzaro is looking for a Tally Trainer who can deliver practical and engaging training in TallyPrime, Accounting, GST, Payroll, Inventory Management, and related business accounting concepts. The trainer will be responsible for conducting classroom sessions, providing practical exercises, evaluating students, and supporting them in developing job-ready accounting skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct classroom and practical training sessions on TallyPrime and accounting concepts.

- Train students in company creation, ledger management, vouchers, accounting entries, and financial reports.

- Provide hands-on training in GST using TallyPrime, including GST configuration, transactions, returns, and reports.

- Teach Inventory Management, stock groups, stock categories, units, godowns, and inventory transactions.

- Conduct training on Payroll, employee management, salary processing, and statutory calculations.

- Explain bank reconciliation, taxation, purchase and sales processes, and financial statements.

- Prepare practical exercises, assignments, tests, and mock assessments for students.

- Monitor student performance and provide individual guidance where required.

- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and ensure students understand practical accounting workflows.

- Keep training content updated based on changes in TallyPrime, GST, accounting practices, and industry requirements.

- Maintain student attendance,



assessment records, and training progress.

- Support students in developing practical skills required for Accountant, Tally Operator, Accounts Executive, and related roles.

- Coordinate with the academic and placement team regarding student performance and job readiness.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of TallyPrime and Accounting.

- Good understanding of GST and practical accounting procedures.

- Knowledge of Inventory Management and Payroll.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to explain accounting concepts in a simple and practical manner.

- Good classroom management and student-handling skills.

- Ability to conduct practical demonstrations and hands-on sessions.

Qualification

- B.Com, M.Com, MBA Finance, or a related qualification.

- Relevant certification in Tally / TallyPrime is an added advantage.

Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in Tally training, accounting, or a related field.

- Candidates with solid practical Tally knowledge and good teaching skills may also be considered.

Preferred Candidate

- Experienced Tally Trainer with practical accounting knowledge.

- Candidates with accounting industry experience + training experience are preferred.

- Freshers with strong TallyPrime knowledge and excellent communication skills may also apply.
