About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Talent Partner – Recruitment to join our team in Noida. The role will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, understanding client requirements, sourcing relevant talent, and building strong candidate and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment across mid and senior-level positions.
- Understand client requirements and translate JDs into effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals and networking.
- Screen and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience and role fit.
- Conduct candidate discussions, interview coordination and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline and talent pool.
- Develop strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.




- Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality of profiles.
- Track recruitment metrics, interview status and joining pipelines.

Requirements
- 2–7 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition / executive search.
- Experience in agency recruitment or consulting will be preferred.
- Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements and work with tight timelines.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and hiring market.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn, Naukri and other sourcing platforms.

Pay: ₹15,323.20 - ₹32,034.03 per month
