TANDOOR COOK We are looking for an experienced Tandoor Cook for a multi-cuisine restaurant.

Job Responsibilities: Prepare and cook Tandoori Chicken, Chicken Tikka, Reshmi Kabab, Hariyali Kabab, Malai Kabab, Paneer Tikka and other tandoor items.

Prepare

Naan, Butter Naan, Garlic Naan, Tandoori Roti, Kulcha and other Indian breads . Handle marination and preparation of chicken, paneer and other ingredients. Maintain proper taste, portion size, presentation and quality for every order.

Operate and maintain the tandoor safely and efficiently . Manage charcoal/heat levels during service. Ensure rapid preparation during peak restaurant hours. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the tandoor section, utensils and working area.

Minimize food wastage and follow proper storage practices. Coordinate with the Indian kitchen and other kitchen staff during service.



Follow the restaurant's standard recipes and maintain consistent taste.

Candidate Requirements

Previous experience as a Tandoor Cook / Tandoor Chef in a restaurant or hotel. Strong knowledge of North Indian tandoor dishes and Indian breads . Must be comfortable handling both tandoor starters and breads . Ability to work efficiently during busy service hours. Good understanding of food hygiene and kitchen discipline. Must be reliable, punctual and willing to work as part of a kitchen team.
