n About the Role

n

nThe Career Counsellor will be responsible for counselling and enrolling candidates into job-oriented International Career Pathway Programs in Albania, Korea, Malta, Germany & Japan.

n

nThese programs combine language training + vocational/skill training, preparing candidates for overseas career opportunities.

n

nThis is a target-driven, sales-oriented counselling role with end-to-end ownership of the admissions funnel.

n

n Key Responsibilities

n

n Counsel prospective candidates including 12th pass-outs, freshers, ITI/Diploma holders, Nursing graduates and Hospitality aspirants.

nExplain international career programs, including language training, vocational/skill training, visa process, job guarantee terms, timelines and costs.

n Manage the complete sales funnel from lead generation to admission, including cold calls, walk-ins, digital leads and referrals.

nAchieve monthly enrolment/revenue targets assigned by the Team Lead.

n ️ Conduct 1-on-1 and group counselling sessions, seminars and webinars for candidates and parents.

nFollow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp and email while maintaining proper CRM records.

n Guide candidates through documentation,



eligibility screening and pre-departure formalities in coordination with the Operations/Visa Team.

n???? Build strong relationships with candidates to generate referrals and repeat business.

n Stay updated on international job-market demand, visa policies, language requirements and competitor offerings.

nCoordinate with the Marketing Team for lead-generation campaigns, events and education fairs.

n

n???? Required Skills & Qualifications

n

n ✅ 1–4 years of experience in counselling + sales, preferably in overseas education, immigration, recruitment, EdTech or overseas job-placement industries.

nExperience in Nursing/Hospitality overseas program counselling is preferred.

n ???????? Exposure to Korea (EPS/TOPIK), Malta, Gulf or European programs will be an advantage.

nStrong communication, persuasion and interpersonal skills.

n Comfortable working in a target-driven, incentive-linked environment.

n???? Basic understanding of visa processes and language certifications such as TOPIK, IELTS, OET, TELC, JLPT, etc. is a plus.

n Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office and Google Workspace.

nBachelor’s degree in any discipline. Nursing/Hospitality background is an added advantage.
