Role Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for diverse technical and non-technical positions. The Specialist will collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, develop accurate job descriptions, and maintain a robust talent pipeline through proactive outreach and networking.

Daily responsibilities include conducting interviews, evaluating candidates, managing offer and hiring processes, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role also involves supporting employer branding initiatives,



maintaining recruitment metrics, and contributing to continuous improvement of hiring practices in line with XenonStack’s growth and culture.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and offer management.
- Experience with Hiring processes and Interviewing, with the ability to assess skills, culture add, and role fit objectively.
- Knowledge of Employer Branding, with experience supporting campaigns, events, or content that attract and engage talent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines, using ATS or recruitment tools to organize and track candidate pipelines.
- Understanding of technology and AI or data-related roles is an advantage; prior experience recruiting in tech or startup environments is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
