Introduction to the Role

You will be a significant contributor and a partner in the growth journey of T&A;, working in alignment with the business goals, as a part of the HR team. You will be responsible for identifying recruitment requirements with the business, sourcing, screening, and enabling the complete recruitment cycle.

You will be entrusted with an ongoing quest to discover talent, build a strong employer brand, and ensure great ongoing relationships with potential candidates and employees.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform analysis and forecast the hiring needs of different business teams.
- Execute the entire talent acquisition process from end to end. This includes drafting the , advertising on job portals, reviewing resumes, interviewing candidates, and working with hiring managers to find the right fit.
- Develop a thorough understanding of different projects and the hiring profiles to bring the right talent for the open positions.
- Motivate employees to be brand ambassadors and plan employee referral programs
- Work towards enhancing the candidate experience.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Proven experience as talent acquisition manager & excellent people skills and a networker.
- Critical thinking ability and resilience & experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding
- Understanding of all selection methods and techniques & proficient in the use of social media and job boards
- Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases & excellent communication skills

Qualifications & Experience

- BSc/BA degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field.
- 2 - 3 years of experience working in Talent Acquisition
