We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Domestic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our recruitment team.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for both IT and Non-IT roles across domestic markets

- Handle niche and critical hiring requirements through effective sourcing strategies

- Source candidates through job portals, networking, references, and social media platforms

- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and timelines

- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and hiring updates regularly

Qualifications & Skill Set

- 34 years of experience in Domestic Recruitment





- Strong experience in both IT and Non-IT hiring

- Expertise in handling niche market roles and difficult-to-close positions

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

- Ability to work in a quick-paced and target-driven environment

- Shift Timing: 3:00 PM 12:00 AM
