Requirement

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–1 year of experience in recruitment, staffing, talent acquisition, or a related field is preferred.
- Candidates with an interest in US IT/Technical Recruitment are encouraged to apply.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn may also be considered.
- Good verbal and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a US night shift environment.
- Basic understanding of IT roles, technologies, and recruitment processes is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
