Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with strong exposure to the Engineering & Construction / Engineering Consultancy industry. The role will focus on end-to-end recruitment of technical and engineering professionals across multiple disciplines and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers and project teams to understand manpower and technical requirements.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, agencies, referrals, and professional networks.
- Recruit across Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, BIM, MEP, Infrastructure, Water & Environment, and Power & Renewable disciplines.




- Coordinate technical, online, F2F, and tool-based interviews and ensure timely closure of positions.
- Manage recruitment agencies, candidate pipelines, offers, joining follow-ups, and recruitment MIS.
- Support GCC/Middle East recruitment and build a robust technical talent pool.

Preferred Industry Exposure Experience in Engineering Consultancy, EPC, Construction & Infrastructure, MEP, BIM/Digital Engineering, Architecture & Design, Power & Renewable, or Water & Environmental Engineering will be preferred.
