Job Profile

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with expertise in recruiting for Detailed Design Engineering roles across Plant Engineering, Oil & Gas, Energy, Power, Chemicals, Infrastructure, Mining & Metals, and Industrial Projects. The incumbent will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities using Workday and Zwayam ATS platforms while partnering with hiring managers to attract and hire top engineering talent.

The ideal candidate should possess solid knowledge of engineering disciplines, recruitment lifecycle management, stakeholder engagement, sourcing strategies, and recruitment analytics.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requisition creation to onboarding.
- Handle hiring requirements for Detailed Design Engineering positions.
- Source candidates through Job Portals, LinkedIn, Internal Database, Employee Referrals, and Vendor Channels.
- Conduct candidate screening, assessment, and interview coordination.
- Drive hiring for niche engineering skills in EPC/EPCM organizations.
- Partner with Hiring Managers, Business Leaders, and HR Business Partners.
- Conduct requirement intake meetings and manpower planning discussions.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, talent availability, and market intelligence.




- Ensure positive candidate and stakeholder experience.
- Manage requisitions through Workday.
- Track candidate pipeline through Zwayam ATS.
- Maintain recruitment documentation and workflow compliance.
- Generate recruitment reports, dashboards, and hiring metrics.
- Build talent pipelines for critical engineering skill sets.
- Conduct competitor mapping and talent market research.
- Support employer branding initiatives
- Track TAT, Source Mix, Offer-to-Join Ratio, and Closure Metrics.
- Monitor recruitment funnel effectiveness.
- Prepare management reports and hiring dashboards.
