Experience: 1–2 years of recruitment experience (Agency, BFSI, Agriculture, or Manufacturing background preferred)
Education: Graduate / Diploma / Higher Secondary (Class XII) with recruitment experience
Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end sourcing and recruitment for entry-level to mid-level positions (L0 to L3) across BFSI, Agri, and Manufacturing sectors.
Leverage major job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Shine, etc.) to build and manage a solid talent pipeline.
