Duration: 6 Months Internship

Experience: Freshers to 6 months (including internship experience)

Key Responsibilities:

- Support end-to-end recruitment activities across various business units.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR discussions with potential candidates.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and follow-up with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate data in Excel or ATS systems.
- Assist in on-boarding activities and HR operations when required.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to enhance candidate experience.

Requirements:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and eager to learn recruitment processes.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and job portals is an added advantage.
- Available for a 6-month full-time internship (onsite).
