We’re hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager for Walnut Advertising and Imago & Getter. Look beyond a CV to find genuine talent and help the right candidate see the opportunity. We need an experienced, hands-on recruitment professional to manage hiring across our two businesses.

THE ROLE AT A GLANCE

Location: Head Office, Ghatkopar, Mumbai

Employment: Full-time, work from office

Working days: Monday to Friday

Compensation: Up to ₹75,000/- + Incentives

Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on recruitment experience.

Walnut Advertising works across creative communication, branding and advertising—where finding the right talent means understanding creativity, client relationships and execution.

Imago & Getter operates in disinfection and contamination-control solutions—where hiring requires an appreciation of technical knowledge, customer needs and commercial capability.

You’ll help both businesses find people who can contribute, grow and make a difference.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN

· Understand the requirement: Collaborate with business leaders to define the success criteria for each role.

· Identify suitable candidates: Create a robust pipeline by using LinkedIn, referrals, professional networks, job portals, and direct contact.

· Evaluate candidates’ abilities: Discuss their work, contributions, and achievements in structured conversations and assessments.

· Manage the entire hiring process: From screening and interviews to offer discussions and follow-through, until the candidate joins.

· Inform and engage candidates: Introduce them to our work, people, and opportunity clearly.

· Bring discipline to recruitment: Maintain useful hiring reports, identify bottlenecks and track offer acceptance, joining and early retention.

WHO WE’D LIKE TO MEET





· You have at least five years of substantive recruitment experience and can talk us through difficult positions you have personally filled.

· You know how to actively approach suitable candidates, ask thoughtful questions and assess whether their experience matches the requirement.

· You can manage competing priorities, maintain momentum with hiring managers and have honest conversations about compensation and expectations.

· Experience recruiting for advertising, creative, sales, business development, pharma, healthcare or other B2B roles will be an advantage.

· You don’t need experience in every one of these areas, but you should be curious enough to understand unfamiliar roles.
