Responsibilities

- Sourcing Candidates: Utilise various channels, including job boards, social media, and qualified networks, to identify and attract potential candidates.
- Screening and Assessment:Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific requirements.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate remote interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both candidates and hiring teams.
- Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates, providing timely and constructive feedback while keeping them informed about the hiring process.
- Data Management: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions,



ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their team's needs, provide insights on the talent market, and ensure alignment with recruitment strategies.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor analysis to make informed recommendations on attracting top talent.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
