Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern / Trainee to support our recruitment team. This role is ideal for freshers who are interested in building a career in HR and recruitment. The individual will assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews while gaining hands-on exposure to end-to-end hiring.

Key Responsibilites

- Source candidates through job portals like Naukri and LinkedIn
- Screen resumes based on job requirements
- Conduct initial HR screening calls with candidates
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update candidate trackers and databases
- Follow up with candidates for interview updates and feedback
- Post job openings across relevant hiring platforms
- Support bulk hiring and campus recruitment drives
- Coordinate with internal teams for hiring requirements

Key Requirements :
- Graduate in any discipline with interest in HR or recruitment
- MBA (HR) pursuing or completed is an added advantage
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes
- Strong coordination and multitasking ability
- Comfortable with calling and interacting with candidates
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets
