Experience preferably 3 - 6 Years
- Individual Contributor role
- Experience working with Staffing Agencies / Non IT Hiring / Finance Taxation Domain Preferred
- Experience in End-to-End recruitment in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques such as job boards, social media, and employer branding
- Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Lead the onboarding process
- Enable the end-to-end onboarding process
- Documentation
- Internal co-ordination
