Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced T24 Interface Support Lead with strong expertise in Temenos T24/Transact, interface frameworks, local customization, production support, and T24 architecture. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Integration Framework, Interaction Framework, Temenos Open Connectivity Framework (TOCF), and strong knowledge of TAFJ/TAFC, middleware, MQ, and COB/batch processing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide L2/L3 production support for Temenos T24/Transact applications and interfaces.
- Lead troubleshooting and resolution of T24 interface, integration, batch, and production issues within agreed SLAs.
- Work on local customization and enhancements based on business requirements.
- Design, develop, configure, and support T24 interfaces using Integration Framework, Interaction Framework, and Temenos Open Connectivity Framework (TOCF).
- Work with T24 components including Enquiries, Versions, Templates, OFS, Interfaces, Browser, Multi-threading, TAFC, and TAFJ.
- Support integration between T24 and external/enterprise applications using appropriate interface and messaging mechanisms.
- Troubleshoot middleware and integration components including JBoss, WebSphere, and IBM MQ.
- Support COB and batch processing, including scheduling, monitoring, failure analysis, and issue resolution.
- Analyze application logs, interface failures, batch issues, and system errors to identify root causes.
- Coordinate with development, infrastructure, database, testing, and business teams for issue resolution.
- Provide technical support during SIT and UAT, including defect analysis, fixes,



retesting, and deployment support.
- Support releases, deployments, production changes, and post-deployment validation.
- Maintain technical documentation, support procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- Participate in technical discussions, incident reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Guide junior team members on T24 support, interfaces, troubleshooting, and best practices.

Required Skills &

Experience :

- 5 - 9 years of experience in T24/Temenos Transact, with strong experience in interface support and production support.
- Robust hands-on experience with T24 local customization and production issue resolution.
- Detailed understanding of T24 architecture and core components.
- Strong experience with T24 Integration Framework, Interaction Framework, and Temenos Open Connectivity Framework (TOCF).
- Strong knowledge of TAFJ and TAFC.
- Hands-on experience with Enquiries, Versions, Templates, OFS, Interfaces, Browser, and Multi-threading.
- Strong understanding of COB and batch processing.
- Good knowledge of JBoss, WebSphere, and IBM MQ in T24 environments.
- Experience troubleshooting T24 application, interface, middleware, and batch-processing issues.
- Experience supporting SIT/UAT and production releases.
- Good understanding of incident, problem, change, and release management processes.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with experience handling critical production incidents.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to coordinate across technical, business, and vendor teams in a production environment.
