Education: Bachelor's degree in any field

Experience: 7 to 15 years of experience (atleast 2+ years of team handling experience in Fintech/NBFC)

About the Role: The Senior Manager/ Associate Director - Talent Acquisition (Volume Hiring) will drive end-to-end volume hiring for field sales and branch operations roles, while leading and mentoring a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets. The role focuses on developing effective sourcing strategies, partnering with hiring managers, and ensuring quality hires in a fast-paced environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Volume Recruitment Leadership:

- Lead and manage the end-to-end volume recruitment process.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a high volume of qualified candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and priorities.

Team Management:

- Supervise and guide a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets.
- Provide training and mentorship to enhance the team's recruitment capabilities.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.

Process Optimization:





- Continuously evaluate and improve the recruitment process for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement best practices in volume hiring to streamline recruitment operations.

Stakeholder Engagement:

- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders.
- Ensure clear communication and alignment on hiring requirements.

Quality of Hire:

- Maintain a strong focus on the quality of hires while managing high-volume recruitment.
- Implement metrics to measure the success and impact of recruitment efforts.

Requirements:

- Proven experience of 7 to 15 years in end-to-end recruitment, with a focus on volume hiring
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a quick-paced environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Must Have:

- Proven experience in volume hiring, specifically for field sales and field operations roles across branch locations.
- Strong understanding of the entire recruitment process.
- Demonstrated ability to handle large volumes of hires within specified timelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
