We are seeking a hands-on Systems & Automation Developer to drive the implementation, integration, and maintenance of internal business systems, workflow automations, and operational technology. This role focuses on translating architectural designs and requirements into robust, working solutions across various low-code/no-code platforms and APIs.

The ideal candidate is technically resourceful, adept at learning new systems, and comfortable leveraging modern AI tools to accelerate development and problem-solving. This is an implementation-focused role, working closely with the Systems/Automation lead who provides overall architecture and technical direction.

Key Responsibilities

- Application Development: Build, configure, and maintain internal applications using Microsoft Power Apps , including forms, screens, navigation, and logic, connecting to Microsoft Lists, SharePoint, and APIs.
- Workflow Automation: Develop and maintain multi-step automations using n8n and Microsoft Power Automate , incorporating triggers, conditions, APIs, data transformations, notifications, and error handling.
- API & Systems Integration: Implement and maintain integrations between business systems using REST APIs, HTTP requests, Webhooks, JSON, and OAuth 2.0 , ensuring reliable data synchronization.
- Microsoft 365 & Data Management: Configure and maintain Microsoft Lists and SharePoint data sources, assist with data mapping, integrity, and support data operations (imports, migrations, cleanup).
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Thoroughly test applications, workflows, and integrations, including expected behavior, edge cases,



and error handling, before deployment.
- Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Investigate technical issues across systems, review logs, identify root causes, and maintain/update existing automations.
- Documentation: Create and maintain clear technical documentation for workflows, applications, API integrations, data mappings, and troubleshooting procedures.
- AI-Assisted Development: Effectively use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) for debugging, formula generation, script development, API interpretation, research, and documentation, with a strong understanding of AI limitations and the necessity for human validation.

Required Skills & Experience

- Proven experience with Microsoft Power Apps, n8n (or similar automation platforms), and Microsoft Power Automate.
- Robust understanding and experience with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Lists, and SharePoint .
- Proficiency in REST APIs, HTTP requests, JSON, Webhooks, and API authentication methods (e.g., OAuth 2.0).
- Experience with data mapping, transformation, and systems integration .
- Demonstrated ability in troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving interconnected systems.
- Excellent technical communication, documentation habits,



and attention to detail.
- Ability to quickly learn unfamiliar software and manage multiple development tasks.
- Practical proficiency with modern AI tools for development and problem-solving, with a commitment to independent verification of AI-generated work.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

- Experience with Microsoft Graph API, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Power Fx, SQL, or Git.
- Familiarity with Zoho CRM, TimeSolv, Asana, NetDocuments, WordPress, Microsoft Entra ID, or Azure.
- Knowledge of CRM, client intake, matter management, or document management systems.
- Legal industry technology experience is a plus.

- Adherence to security protocols, access-control requirements, and least-privilege principles.
- Protection of confidential information and client data, avoiding unauthorized exposure to third-party systems.
- Strict compliance with approved procedures when using AI tools with business information.

Hardware Requirements MUST HAVE (Non-negotiable):

- PC/Laptop CPU: At least Intel i3 or AMD equivalent. For Mac devices, at least a 2013 model or newer.
- RAM: Minimum 8 GB.
- Operating System (PC): Windows 10 or newer.
- Operating System (macOS): Catalina (10.15) or newer.
- Internet: Stable connection with at least 10 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download speed , and 80 ms or less latency . Mobile data connections are not permitted.
- Headset: Preferably a headset with a noise-canceling feature to ensure no background noise during calls.
- Webcam: A decent quality webcam.
