About the Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our recruiting team and help us hire exceptional talent across both technical and non-technical roles.

You will work on some of the most challenging hiring problems in the Indian technology ecosystem, finding and evaluating candidates across AI research, computer vision, applied AI, geospatial technologies, signal processing, as well as business and other non-technical functions.

This is fundamentally a recruiting role, not an engineering role.

However, the people you recruit may include researchers and engineers working on problems at the level of advanced industry research and PhD-level specialization, along with candidates across non-technical functions.

You are not expected to already be a technical expert. We care much more about your ability to learn quickly.

Over time, you will learn enough about the roles you hire for to conduct meaningful first-round conversations with candidates across both technical and non-technical functions.

What You Will Do

- Own recruiting pipelines from sourcing to offer for technical and non-technical roles.
- Conduct structured first-round interviews and learn how to evaluate candidates for highly specialized technical roles as well as non-technical roles.
- Work directly with the founding team to refine sourcing strategies, interview questions, candidate profiles,



and hiring standards.
- Take ownership of candidate experience and move strong candidates through the process quickly.

- We are primarily looking for undergraduate students of the 2026 batch.
- You do not need prior HR or recruiting experience.
- What matters much more is how you think.

Solid Communication You can have clear, thoughtful conversations with people across very different levels of seniority, functions, and technical expertise.

What We Are Not Looking For

You do not need

- Previous HR experience.
- Previous recruiting experience.
- Expertise in every technical or non-technical domain you will recruit for.
- Knowledge of traditional HR processes or frameworks.

We are also not looking for someone who sees recruiting primarily as scheduling interviews, coordinating calendars, posting jobs, or moving candidates through an ATS. The core of this role is finding exceptional people and developing the judgment required to evaluate them well.
