- Conduct site surveys, topographical surveys, boundary surveys, and construction layout activities.

- Establish and maintain benchmarks, reference points, grid lines, coordinates, and levels at the project site.

- Set out foundations, columns, anchor bolts, structural elements, roads, drains, paving, equipment foundations, and other civil/industrial works.

- Carry out accurate measurements and verify dimensions, elevations, alignments, and coordinates as per approved drawings.

- Perform pre-construction and as-built surveys and prepare necessary survey records.

- Check and verify levels and coordinates before and during execution of construction activities.

- Coordinate with the Civil, Structural, PEB, MEP, and Project teams for site setting-out requirements.

- Identify and report discrepancies between drawings, site conditions, and actual measurements to the Project Manager.





- Prepare survey reports, measurement records, level books, and as-built documentation.

- Maintain survey instruments and ensure proper calibration and accuracy.

- Monitor and maintain permanent and temporary benchmarks throughout the project.

- Assist the site team in resolving alignment, level, and dimensional issues.

- Ensure all survey activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.

- Maintain proper documentation of all survey data and records.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
