Role Description The Surveyor will perform in office surveys and measurements for construction projects in Ahmedabad, ensuring accurate data collection for design, planning, and execution.

Responsibilities include setting out works, verifying levels and dimensions, preparing survey reports and drawings, and coordinating with engineers and site teams to resolve discrepancies. The role involves regular inspection of work progress, checking alignment against plans,



and maintaining survey records and documentation. The Surveyor will also assist in quantity estimation, boundary marking, and compliance with safety and quality standards.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad.

Qualifications

- Strong surveying skills, including land measurement, level setting, and layout for residential and commercial construction projects.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, site plans, and construction specifications accurately.
- Proficiency in using surveying instruments (e.g., total station, theodolite, auto level, GPS) and related tools.
- Competence in preparing survey reports, maintaining records, and basic documentation and mapping.
- Good understanding of construction workflows, quality standards, and site safety practices.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with engineers, supervisors, and site teams.
- Relevant qualification in civil engineering, surveying, or a related field; diploma or degree preferred.
- Prior experience as a Surveyor in infrastructure or building projects is an advantage.
