Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to manage and optimize the end-to-end supply chain operations for a Sheet Metal Auto Components manufacturing facility. The candidate will be responsible for material planning, procurement coordination, inventory management, supplier coordination, logistics, warehousing, and on-time material availability to support uninterrupted production.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end Supply Chain Management activities from material planning to final dispatch.
- Coordinate with Purchase, PPC, Production, Quality, Stores, Logistics, and Sales/Customer teams.
- Ensure timely availability of raw materials, bought-out components, and production consumables.
- Prepare and monitor material planning and supply schedules based on production requirements.
- Monitor supplier schedules and ensure timely deliveries.
- Track supplier OTIF, shortages, delays, and critical materials.
- Maintain optimum inventory levels and reduce excess and obsolete inventory.
- Monitor RM, WIP, FG, and consumable inventory.




- Develop and implement inventory control systems and procedures.
- Coordinate with suppliers for urgent requirements and expedite critical materials.
- Plan and manage inbound and outbound logistics.
- Optimize transportation costs and logistics operations.
- Ensure proper warehouse management, material handling, storage, and FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.
- Identify supply-chain bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Develop contingency plans for critical and single-source materials.
- Monitor supply-chain KPIs such as OTIF, inventory turnover, stock accuracy, shortage levels, lead time, and logistics cost.
- Prepare and present regular SCM MIS and performance reports to management.
- Support current product development and ensure material readiness for new projects.
- Work with suppliers and internal teams to improve lead times and reduce supply-chain costs.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company procedures.
- Lead and develop the Supply Chain, Stores, Logistics, and Planning team as applicable.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
