Availability

- Reduction in stock-outs
- Availability of key categories at each showroom
- Replenishment efficiency

Accuracy

- Physical vs system stock accuracy
- Gold weight reconciliation
- Reduction in inventory discrepancies

Supply Chain





- Vendor delivery adherence
- Production turnaround time
- Inter-store transfer turnaround time
- Procurement-to-store availability

Working Capital

- Reduction in unnecessary gold inventory blockage
- Better utilisation of existing inventory
- Improved inventory-to-sales efficiency
