Location: Navi Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day procurement and material planning activities.
- Receive and process Material Requisitions (MRs) and Purchase Orders (POs).
- Obtain vendor quotations, prepare comparative statements and support price negotiations.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Maintain and monitor Open POs, pending deliveries and procurement status.
- Coordinate with Stores, Production, R&D;, QA/QC and Finance for material requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels, critical items and slow-moving materials.
- Ensure proper PO, GRN, invoice and procurement documentation.
- Maintain procurement records and MIS reports through ERP/Excel.
- Support vendor evaluation and development of new suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement SOPs and quality requirements.

Qualification & Skills:

- Graduate in Supply Chain, Management,



Engineering or any related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience; experience in Pharma, Bio-Pharma, Biotechnology or Manufacturing is preferred.
- Good knowledge of Procurement, Vendor Management, Inventory Management and ERP systems.
- Strong Excel, negotiation, coordination and follow-up skills.
- Valuable communication, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
