About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Factory Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our furniture manufacturing unit. In this role, you will lead the labor workforce, enforce quality and safety standards, and serve as the direct link between the shop floor and management.

Key Responsibilities Workforce Management: Direct, assign tasks to, and supervise carpenters, laborers, and machine operators across cutting, assembly, and polishing sections.

Production Targets: Monitor daily output to ensure delivery schedules and quality benchmarks are consistently met.

Reporting: Maintain daily logs of production output, material consumption, and attendance; provide regular status reports to higher management. Quality & Safety: Inspect finished furniture for structural defects and finish quality; enforce shop-floor safety protocols and proper machine handling. Inventory & Maintenance: Track timber, hardware, and tool usage to minimize wastage and promptly report machinery breakdowns.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
