SuccessFactors consultant (Compensation and ONB).

- Configuration of Route Maps Configuration of Rating Scale
- Configuration Knowledge in XML Work with Launch forms, route forms Form configuration settings and design
- Experience in understanding Obj Comp and Performance Potential and accordingly should configure also.
- Configuring SuccessFactors components spanning PMGM Functions to meet client needs.
- Proficiency in gathering and assessing requirements from Functional Business users.
- Conduct workshops for the customer if required.
- Defines business issues, data challenges, and solutions to fit user requirements
- Should have good Communication skills

Significant : Notice period : Immediate to 30-45days ONLY.

Candidates serving Notice period will be preferred.

Please note - There should not be Career Gap more than 6 months(No Career Break)

Graduation score should be 60% & above

BGV (Background Verification)is mandatory.
