Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our retail team. The role involves understanding customer requirements, presenting suitable jewellery options, building strong customer relationships, and achieving individual and store sales targets.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for jewellery and luxury retail, and a genuine interest in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and engage customers entering the store with a warm and professional approach.
- Understand customer preferences, requirements, occasion, budget, and style.
- Explain product features, designs, gold, diamonds, and lab-grown diamonds clearly to customers.




- Recommend suitable jewellery based on customer needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge and continuously learn about new collections.
- Handle the complete sales process from customer interaction to billing and after-sales coordination.
- Build long-term relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases and referrals.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute towards overall store targets.
- Maintain accurate customer information and follow CRM/customer follow-up processes.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with prospective and existing customers through approved communication channels.
- Maintain high standards of grooming, store discipline, and customer service.
- Ensure adherence to Keemti's retail SOPs, policies, and processes.
- Support visual merchandising, stock presentation, and store upkeep as required.
- Coordinate with the Store Manager and other departments for customer requirements, orders, alterations, and after-sales service.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and escalate issues when required.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and business information.
