Student Engagement Executive

Location: Vyttila, Kochi – SLBS Marklance

Job Overview

We are looking for a smart, energetic, and highly enthusiastic individual who enjoys interacting with students, creating engaging content, and being in front of the camera. The candidate will actively contribute to student engagement activities, social media content, and video presentations.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct and coordinate fun, interactive student engagement activities, games, and events.
- Actively interact with students and create a positive, energetic campus environment.
- Participate as a video presenter/host for Instagram, YouTube, reels, promotional videos, and academy content.
- Assist in planning and creating creative and engaging social media content.
- Present confidently in front of the camera and communicate ideas in an interesting manner.
- Coordinate with the content and marketing team for video shoots and campaigns.
- Identify current and creative ideas for student activities and digital content.




- Encourage student participation in activities, events, and academy initiatives.
- Support the team during workshops, events, celebrations, and promotional activities.

Candidate Profile

- Very energetic, confident, and outgoing personality.
- Smart, presentable, and comfortable interacting with students.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interested in content creation, social media, and video presentation.
- Comfortable appearing on camera and speaking naturally.
- Creative, enthusiastic, and willing to try new ideas.
- Fresher or candidates with relevant experience can apply.
- Experience in content creation, anchoring, event coordination, or social media will be an advantage.
