Student Relationship Executive

KSF Campus is looking for a motivated and student-focused Student Relationship Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for counselling students and prospective learners, understanding their requirements, providing course information, and supporting the admission process.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in academic counselling, student counselling, sales, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong active listening skills.
- Ability to understand student needs and guide them appropriately.
- Positive attitude and good interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work on-site.

Key Responsibilities





- Counsel students and prospective students about suitable courses.
- Handle enquiries through calls, messages, and direct interactions.
- Explain course details, eligibility, fees, and admission procedures.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain proper records.
- Support the team in achieving admission targets.

Work Location: KSF Campus, Kaloor, Kochi, Kerala Note: This is an on-site position. Work from Home is not available.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
